Enjoy a more efficient way of heating, cooking, and baking with this Breville Compact Smart Oven. This smart oven features an easy-clean, coated steel housing, non-stick interior, with a tempered glass door. For each of the eight pre-set programs, Element IQ delivers the right power at the right temperature at the right time and when adjusted for taste, remembers that too. The backlit easy-read LCD display calculates the correct time and temperature, illuminating orange during preheating and cooking, and blue once the cycle is complete. Many functions of this compact oven include a function dial, temperature and time dial, temperature conversion button, frozen foods defrost button, backlit easy-read LCD display, and pull-out crumb tray. Specifically designed to sit on top of the Breville Compact Smart Oven, this bamboo cutting board and tray has many functions. Bamboo cutting boards are ideal as they absorb very little moisture and have natural antibacterial properties. They are also harder than most cutting boards and are less prone to knife markings over time. Recessed handles on the sides make it easy to pick up the tray and transfer it directly to the table to place on a trivet or heat mat, which will protect the table surface from heat damage. Mounted silicone feet on the underside allows the top surface to remain cool, so you may store common kitchen items on top of the Breville Smart Oven without losing counter space.

It said to…
Temperature was off by 25°F. When set on bake … Temperature was off by 25°F. When set on bake at 450°F, the oven never went above 425°F. I expect a oven in this price range to be more precise.
Was happy with purchase until I got an E01 error code Was happy with purchase until I got an E01 error code. Unplugged & plugged it back in. Worked OK until another E01 error code. The manual says this is a “non-resettable” issue code and that I should unplug and call customer support immediately. Now going thru a return and replace warranty process. Spent a lot of time on hold until I could actually talk to someone. Not happy with customer support and exchange process. “Advance replacement” means they will charge my credit card…
